How It Began

Founded in 2013, Altitude Labs is a leading agile web and mobile app development and UI/UX design firm with a presence in Hong Kong, Singapore and San Francisco. We have designed and deployed apps impacting over 100 million active users. We are a one-stop shop for turning software ideas into scalable business realities creating usable interfaces with the latest technology stacks. Our founders were trained in San Francisco and New York and our advisors are former employees of Google, Yahoo, Twitter, Facebook, Gilt Groupe, OKCupid Labs and OpenTable.

Our Leadership

Jaclyn Tsui, Partner & CEO. Jaclyn leads our design team. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she graduated with a Joint Honors degree at the Imperial College of London and a Master’s of Science degree in the University of Hong Kong. She began her career in private equity before becoming a fullstack software engineer. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, mentorship and is a keen supporter of education scholarships. In her free time, she commits herself to the CIS alumni dragon boat team, skiing, scuba diving and traveling. Find her on LinkedIn →

Eugene Choi, Partner & CTO. Eugene leads our engineering team. Born and raised in New Zealand and San Francisco, Eugene is a Korean American who attended UC Berkeley. He and Jaclyn met at San Francisco in 2014 and moved to Hong Kong to be our CTO. In his free time, he enjoys badminton, competitive gaming and eating spicy ramen. Find him on LinkedIn →
