We pulled together a team and took part in the Hacking Health hackathon this weekend.

Eugene, Harry and I came up with a Tinder-like mobile app for healthcare education where people answer a series of questions by swiping left and right. The questions can be formulated by healthcare professionals to educate the public or a focus group about issues ranging from general nutrition to smoking or illnesses. The results are fed back real-time to patients and healthcare professionals to help them make better treatment and policy decisions. The example used in the app relates to nutrition value of common fruits.

The app was built in Cordova, Ionic, Angular and Firebase.

We're excited to have walked away with best UI/UX and a great time meeting other developers and people in the healthcare industry!

Here's a link to the app which can be viewed on your phone mobile or the web: http://ginhong.herokuapp.com/
